By Eleven is built to be private by design. This is a short policy because there isn't much to say.
Nothing. By Eleven does not collect, transmit, or store any data on our servers. We don't have servers.
The only information the app uses is what you create yourself:
This information is stored on your device using Apple's standard storage (UserDefaults).
If you are signed into iCloud on your device, By Eleven uses Apple's iCloud Key‑Value Store to sync your bedtime goal and check‑in history across your own Apple devices (for example, your iPhone and your iPad).
This data lives in your iCloud account, encrypted and governed by Apple's privacy policy. We never see it and we have no way to access it.
You can stop this sync at any time on your device: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → By Eleven → Off.
None. By Eleven contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, no crash reporters, no Google services, and no Facebook services. The app never connects to any server we operate, because we don't operate any.
We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not request the iOS App Tracking Transparency permission.
By Eleven is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because we collect no data, this is automatic.
If this policy ever changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. We recommend checking back occasionally.
